Top: Chiffon elasticised smocked bodice. UNlined. Elasticised neckline with long, puffy sleeves with elasticised cuffs. May be worn on or off the shoulder !
Bust: to 32"

Skirt: Chiffon over light pink acetate lining. 2" Waistband with button and concealed metal zipper back closure. A-line skirt with founced hem.
