60s Bright Spring blue plush velvet dress by Party Time Fashions with low back & panel. Sheath style with high neckline and short sleeves. Low square back with decorative bows and panel. Fully lined. Concealed Nylon zipper back closure. Measures:

Bust: 32 to 32B", Waist Area: (no seam) 28", Hip: 34", Length: 39½"

Very Good Condition to EXCELLENT ! CRISP, clean, VIBRANT with no holes or blemishes .... the dress was dry-cleaned. Please Note: The floral appliqué is not unique to the dress. There was a small area slightly darker in appearance than the actual color (probably a stain that was not entirely removed in the cleaning process .....hardly noticeable but there. Rather than attempt a spot cleaning, I affixed a vintage appliqué to conceal it.
