50s White FRILLY 3 layer crinoline / skirt with pink floral lace trim. Rayon satin waistband with V tule frills, frilled underskirt and woven rayon lining. Snap back closure. Tricot drop-waist.
Measures: 26", Length: 35".

Originally a crinoline ? a skirt or part of a dress ? I am not certain. Personally if I were young(er) I would wear it as a skirt .... it is gloriously outrageous ! ;-) .....Condition is very good. Tule is crisp & strong and it has been hand washed. (no holes, tears or stains)
